I came to bring in my vehicle for an inspection sticker during my lunch break, and I made it known that I was on my lunch break. Once I arrived immediately that took my car, serviced it, within 15 -20 minutes my car was ready with a new inspection sticker. I was in and out and back to work on time. Initially, my choice was a Camry, which Felix let me test drive and was very knowledgeable regarding all of my questions about it. However, as I put together the numbers regarding the vehicle cost, I began to wonder if the Corolla was more within my price range. I was concerned that the Corolla might be too small a car for me, so I went back to visit Felix. He was very helpful in comparing the two vehicles, and felt that the Corolla was had the leg room that I needed. As I test drove it, I saw that he was correct. After buying two Camrys within the past year, I called Elkin Pereanez to buy a third for my youngest. I told him what I wanted and what my budget was. Elkin called me three days later, informing me that the car that I requested was traded in and that they were able to show me immediately. They told me since I was a loyal customer that I could see it right away. The car was nice, only needing a few repairs. I sat down with manager Nick Fondas to get the price I needed for my trade in, the amount of money we had to spend and the repairs we needed to seal the deal. Elkin promised that the car would be repaired and cleaned in 24 hours, a promise which he delivered. Service advisor Kamel Khnaizir gave the green light that car was inspected and ready to go. I received the same high quality service that I got with the other Camrys. As I was leaving, Elkin enthusiastically waived me down, asking me when I was going to trade in my Honda Pilot for a Camry.
