Just yesterday I picked up my 3rd Toyota Prius. My wife and I have enjoyed the performance of the Prius and I knew when my lease was up it was Prius time again. I had the pleasure of working with Felix Rodriguez one of Toyota of Watertown's salesman. He made the whole experience pleasant. Our negotiations were respectful and I came away from the experience feeling very satisfied. I was absolutely amazed how quickly the entire transaction took place. I could have taken delivery the day of my negotiations but I had an appointment I needed to keep. Felix was so nice to deal with. He passed up his lunch to get me on the road quickly. I have dealt with the service department may times over the years and everyone of the service people are stellar in every aspect. It was so nice to deal with a gentleman who was not only knowledgeable but cognizant of my time. A great experience. How many of you can say that. More

I wanted to express my satisfaction with the quality of service provided by this dealership. I have had my car serviced at this locaiton for a while and I have never experienced an issue or had an issue w service provided by this dealership. His advice has been insightful and his behaviour is always polite and friendly. It is because of him that I consider my visits to the dealer to be stress-free and I always leave satisfied. We had a good overall experience with Toyota of Watertown. Elkin Pereanez, our salesperson, was excellent; well informed about the model we were interested in and very patient with us throughout th Watertown. He took the time to take us on several test drives and gave thoughtful responses to the multitude of questions we peppered him with. There was none of the typical fast talking, high pressure tactics I have encountered previously at other dealerships. I especially, appreciated all the running around he did to ensure we drove away in our new car that evening.
