My wife and I just purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander with Felix Rodriguez. To say that the buying experience was seamless is an understatement. It began as a phone call to Felix. We told him what we wanted and what our needs would be. He clearly listened and advised us what would probably be appropriate for our lifestyle. In moving through the process, Felix advised us about what options were available and other considerations to weigh in our purchasing decision. It was very clear that he listened and we came to what we feel was an informed decision on a very significant expenditure. As we moved through the process, Felix found the color of vehicle that we wanted which was very clearly indicative of a person who wanted to assist us in having just what we wanted rather than have us just "settle" for something. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased with Felix. It should be noted that we live on the island of Martha's Vineyard which is nearly 90 miles from Watertown and requires a 45 minute ferry ride in addition to a 90 minute drive to reach Toyota of Watertown. That having been stated, I feel that is indicative of our trust and confidence in Felix as a salesman and a person. It must also be noted that when we took delivery of the car Felix was wonderful in his instruction on the use of a car that has many new and complicated electronic features. His instruction was instrumental in making what could be a complicated process simple and clear. In closing, our experience with Felix was excellent. It is expected that two of our daughters will need to purchase a new vehicle in the future. Without question, they will make their purchase through Felix as our so-in-law had done recently. When I arrived the vehicle was up front and ready to go complete with the State Inspection so I would not have to come back. I can not say enough about Toyota of Watertown and would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
