I went to Toyota of Watertown just to "look"! I was greeted by Steve Skolnick at the door and ironically, he was recommened to me by my son-in-law. Obviously, he wasn't pushing for a killing. I felt immediately that he had my best interest at heart. After talking for a while, he showed me a 2013 Toyota Corolla and had me test drive it. After weighing the used Toyota versus the new, for the price - the new 2013 was the obvious way to go. I got an incredible trade in for my 2003 and decided to sign on the bottom line. Steve was so very patient and thoughtful, he introduced me to the Service and Parts Manager, Michael Mason, who gave me a very confident feeling that my new Corolla will be in good hands. I brought my 2004 Tacoma to Toyota of Watertown for what I thought would be a simple repair of the headlight switch.I had had no previous dealings with the dealership and knew no on there and did not have a I thought would be a simple repair of the headlight switch.I had had no previous dealings with the dealership and knew no on there and did not have an appointment. i was introduced to Kamel Khnaizir as my service advisor and, let me say, it was one of the best things that has ever happened to me in a car dealership! Kamel called me later in the day to tell me that the control module had been damaged by water and would have to be replaced at a cost of thousands. As we talked it turned out that the water damage was caused by an improper installation of a replacement windshield. Kamel helped me with the entire process of filing a claim with the windshield company, having their claim person come and inspect the damage and authorize the repair,handling numerous calls from me,the insurance company, faxes, e-mails, etc..He went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a service advisor to help a customer he had never met before. To call me a satisfied customer would be a gross understatement. If I could rate his professionalism with six stars I would! More
