He invited me to drive the vehicle home to consult with my husband. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Bottom line, after several hours I drove a new car out of the lot. I love new cars. I love Toyota's. I hate buying cars. Understanding that a dealership as well as a sales consultant needs to make a profit, I do a bit of research and find the vehicle I like and a cars. At that point, I look for a dealership that I feel I can trust not to take advantage of me or try to sell me something I don't want or worse, waste my time, so I asked friends for suggestions. Toyota of Watertown was mentioned by several friends. I was pleased to learn that Mike Mason, who had been the service director at another Toyota dealership where I purchased my Tacoma new a few years ago, was now Watertown's service director. I had a great experience with that dealership, although located a considerable distance from my home, due in great part to Mike. I tracked Mike down through a mutual friend and called him and told him what I was looking for; obviously a new Toyota, but also one stop shopping where I could go home happy with my choice and not second guess my purchase. I chose a day when Mike was working and chose a time when I could come in with my wife who would be the primary driver of our new vehicle. We had our own plan to reviwew several vehicles and trim levels before making a decision. Mike greeted us at the door and intorduced us to Watertown's service manager who then introduced us to Edwin Urena. An absolute perfect fit. He allowed us to take our time, was patient as we revisited several vehicles and racked up more than a few test drive miles. When we did have questions, he was well versed on on every detail and patient with our sometimes redundant questions. Our process yielded a choice between two cars and at that point we asked for a price. Both were within our predetermined pricepoints. They were fair and, most importantly, the prices came from a dealership that I know I can trust for good service, from salesman who did not try to sell me something I did not want or worse; waste my time. We are very happy with our choice. We are verry happy with the way Mr. Urena treated us and look forward to purchasing another vehicle from him when our daughter get's her driver's license. More
