Steve Skolnick, was a wonderful salesman: very friendly and knowledgeable. He let me take my time to compare the cars that I was interested in seeing. There was no problem taking it for a test drive. I'm usually a little leary of working with dealerships - that old bad reputation, I guess. But I have to say, the folks at Toyota of Watertown went out of their way and over the top to underst dealerships - that old bad reputation, I guess. But I have to say, the folks at Toyota of Watertown went out of their way and over the top to understand our priorities, work with us on trade-in value of our old cars (we traded in 2 old for one new) and fit us in a new Sienna. They were amazingly clear and honest with the financial matters - from purchase price to prioritizing and costing the additional options. They were surprisingly direct in saying which options we did not need and which we should consider. I want to make special mention of Steven Skolnick, our "Customer Retention Manager". He was incredibly attentive to every detail and connected all the dots for us, so we felt like we had our "go to guy" to get everything done. I was seriously thinking of purchasing a new RAV 4. After realizing he was in sales, he proved to be friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, never put any sales pressure on me to make a decision.
