I just bought Toyota Venza 2013 at Toyota of Watertown. Alex Bozhko was the sales consultant I worked with. Alex helped me with test drives, car selection. He is very knowledgeable. I bought Toyota Venza 2013 AWD 4 with convenience package and carpet floor mats for 27,771 (+ 300 documentation fee). MSRP is $31,185. I paid 852 below invoice: 28923 - (27771 + 300). I selected the options I wanted on TrueCar.com, and they showed me the prices from the three dealerships they have contracts with. The lowest price was $373 below the (invoice + $300 doc fee). I called Alex and asked if they can do better. Alex called me back offering me car they had on the lot with more expensive package and the price which was $100 lower. I asked if they can remove the more expensive package, get a different color (which they did not have on the lot), and keep the price difference. They agreed. They also gave me a good price on my trade-in: beaten-up Sienna 2004. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience: no sales pressure. More
