He sat me down, assured me that he would fix my cars issue. I was in a big rush so he gave me a loaner car (explaining that toyota would pay for it if my warranty covered my cars problem). He called me back several hours later saying they diagnosed the problem, and that I could pick my car up in the morning. What a relief. I had never been to toyota of watertown before but I will certainly be back to see Kamel for all my service needs from now on! He clearly knows what he's doing and loves his job. Thanks again. More
