I was in an emergency situation right before the holidays when my 2011 toyota camry wasn't driving properly one late afternoon in cambridge. He sat me down, assured me that he would fix my cars issue. I was in a big rush so he gave me a loaner car (explaining that toyota would pay for it if my warranty covered my cars problem). He called me back several hours later saying they diagnosed the problem, and that I could pick my car up in the morning. What a relief. I had never been to toyota of watertown before but I will certainly be back to see Kamel for all my service needs from now on! He clearly knows what he's doing and loves his job. Thanks again. More
