I went in for service on my current Prius that I had originally leased at Toyota of Watertown and while there I received a call from the sales department about trading in early. So, I walked over to the sales department and they worked a miracle for me. I got what I wanted for a price I was willing to pay to lease a new Prius. My first reaction is that they went out of their way and bent over backwards to get me what I wanted, but I have a feeling this is just how they work regardless. Even after the sale Edwin was on top of things and maintained contact with me to make sure I had what I needed. He even hunted down my old car to get something out of it that I had left.
