About a year ago we totaled our car and had to get another one. We shopped around, and around for the best price on a Highlander. We tend to hold onto cars for a long time---haven't shopped for one for 17 years. We were interested in a Prius, but also wanted to see the Camry hybrid, and compare them to other makes and models. Edwin was unbelievaly patient with four or five visits, as we thought about the Prius and tried to decide whether to get a new or used car. I really appreciated his expertise and help on test drives, his advice on availability of models and colors and ability to search for what we wanted and the total lack of sales pressure. Ultimately, we decided on a used car and were looking at the color I really wanted at another dealership and buying a different color at Toyota of Watertown. We chose the Toyota of Watertown 2010 Prius because of the experience we had during our search, and because it was a local business. Edwin had the car ready and waiting, went on a test drive with us, and stayed late to close the deal. Then everything worked smoothly the next day when we picked up the car (paperwork and inspection handled for us), and we're very happy with it. Maybe we'll trade in sooner next time, given the good experience we had (despite the fact that I know this car will last a long time!). We would definitely buy a car again from Toyota of Watertown.
