My 2007 Camry needed a lot of work: front brakes, 4 new tires, transmission service and rear suspension work. I had budgeted for some of this work but not all of it. In one experience, I went to get some repairs and maintenance done, and since I was putting in a lot of $$$, he told me I could wait on a few other things. Coincidentally, 4 days later, something we talked about waiting on failed, and I brought the car back - he felt so terrible he fixed the issue on his dime and rushed to get me in and out in a hour and half. He even admitted to his error - which I very much appreciated and apologized for inconveniencing me and I know he was genuine. I have dealt with others at this location before, but Kamel sees to it that you get a car wash and vacuum, and other extra things to make it worth coming back to him each time! Kamel really wants to give you the best possible experience, and I will be back to see him for my next visit for sure. More

After my last car broke down beyond reasonable repair I found myself at Toyota of Watertown and must say my overall experience there was very satisfactory. It was my first time having to go through a dealership and I must admit I was a bit apprehensive and not at all looking forward to dealing with a car salesman. All that went away though as I discovered all my preconceived notions of car salesmen had been wrong. From the moment I walked through the walked in the door Paul Cardoso was very personable and did not push me into anything I did not want. I am very cautious when it comes to making large decisions like purchasing a new car and Paul was very understanding of that. He gave me the time I needed to think things over and when I had finally made my decision he did everything he could to make sure I got everything I needed at the best price possible. In no time at all I found myself driving away in my new car and couldn't be happier. More
