It was time to trade our lease 2010 Camry in for a new Camry. We began exploring a dealer other than the one we originally purchased from as we were tired of the "buying a car experience" that it seems we Camry. They treated us with respect, professionalism, and worked with our busy schedule, as we own our own business as well, customer service and exceeding the client expectations is paramount. They met all of our expectations, took the time and had the patience, even when there was an initial concern having to do with 2 test vehicles we drove, they helped us work through a process and ultimately satisfied our concerns, (the car seemed to not ride smoothly, turned out to be improper tire pressure that made the ride bumpy). This of course had nothing to do with them, but they went the extra mile to solve it anyway! We would high recommend if you are in the market for a new Toyota to visit Felix.
