Kamel is always a pleasure to deal with. In the 25+ years that we've brought our autos to Toyota of Watertown and to Kamel, Kamel has always carried himself with the highest integrity and treated us mo years that we've brought our autos to Toyota of Watertown and to Kamel, Kamel has always carried himself with the highest integrity and treated us more like a member of the family than a customer. I couldn't say the same thing about Toyota of Watertown in general - especially in the last two or three years - but there seems to be hope on the horizon with the latest Service Department management change. Water was leaking into my car under the dash on the passenger side. Kamel was able to rapidly assess the problem and quote me a fair price for the entire service (65k miles). It had been almost twenty years since my husband and I bought a new car (which we bought at Toyota of Watertown) when we went to the dealer. I am normally a Nervous Nellie, and I was even more nervous at bought a new car (which we bought at Toyota of Watertown) when we went to the dealer. I am normally a Nervous Nellie, and I was even more nervous at the thought of this big-sticker purchase. But Ed Sherrick put me at ease right away with his openness, friendliness and no-b.s. style. He showed my husband and me several models, and he had a good understanding of our needs. When we decided on a Corolla, we felt confident about our choice. Then when we returned to pick up the car, I thought, oh no, I'm actually going to have to learn how to drive this thing! I got nervous all over again. But Ed went over the dashboard and other matters with us, making the whole process clear and even fun. My husband and I were both very satisfied with the entire experience. More

Our experience was very positive as Adam, Gene and James worked hard to find solutions to every questions and need we had in the process of purchasing our a new vehicle. Many dealers will say that the customer comes first, but this location really walks the talk. I have dealt with several Toyota dealers in the past, and Watertown is head and shoulders above all the others. It all starts at the top with the General Manager Adam Skolnick who sets the tone for making the customer experience most important--he makes the customer feel that they really do matter most and that customer loyalty is something that he will work hard to cultivate. He brings a quality of honesty and authenticity to each conversation and transition. He personally got involved to help solve our questions with extraordinary kindness, commitment and follow-through. James Hawkins in Sales was terrific and very knowledgeable and Gene Robbins (who is warm and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor) runs the service department, which is the most customer welcoming, efficient and technically comprehensive service center in the area. They have a great waiting room area that feels more like a comfortable relaxation room in a day spa than an auto service center! I do not usually write reviews, but I was compelled to write one after purchasing my new Toyota. The whole experience was very satisfying. More
