Yesterday I purchased a brand new 2012 Toyota Corolla for my daughter. I was very impressed, assured and happy with the service of Edwin and Marian. His expertise made it easy for my daughter to pick which one she felt was the better vehicle. I was also assured with all the finances that were taken care of both by Edwin and Marian. They were both very friendly and made all of us feel safe buying the car. All in all, it was great service and I recommend Toyota of Watertown to anyone who is thinking of buying a new car. More

After my last car broke down beyond reasonable repair I found myself at Toyota of Watertown and must say my overall experience there was very satisfactory. It was my first time having to go through a dealership and I must admit I was a bit apprehensive and not at all looking forward to dealing with a car salesman. All that went away though as I discovered all my preconceived notions of car salesmen had been wrong. From the moment I walked through the walked in the door Paul Cardoso was very personable and did not push me into anything I did not want. I am very cautious when it comes to making large decisions like purchasing a new car and Paul was very understanding of that. He gave me the time I needed to think things over and when I had finally made my decision he did everything he could to make sure I got everything I needed at the best price possible. In no time at all I found myself driving away in my new car and couldn't be happier. More

I came in because my car was making a noise underneath. I was told that it would be around 1400.00 to fix. It was time to trade our lease 2010 Camry in for a new Camry. We began exploring a dealer other than the one we originally purchased from as we were tired of the "buying a car experience" that it seems we Camry. From the 1st phone call through the final delivery of our new 2012 Camry, Felix and Paul at Watertown Toyota made our car buying experience extremely pleasurable. They treated us with respect, professionalism, and worked with our busy schedule, as we own our own business as well, customer service and exceeding the client expectations is paramount. They met all of our expectations, took the time and had the patience, even when there was an initial concern having to do with 2 test vehicles we drove, they helped us work through a process and ultimately satisfied our concerns, (the car seemed to not ride smoothly, turned out to be improper tire pressure that made the ride bumpy). This of course had nothing to do with them, but they went the extra mile to solve it anyway! We would high recommend if you are in the market for a new Toyota to visit Felix.
