Many dealers will say that the customer comes first, but this location really walks the talk. I have dealt with several Toyota dealers in the past, and Watertown is head and shoulders above all the others. It all starts at the top with the General Manager Adam Skolnick who sets the tone for making the customer experience most important--he makes the customer feel that they really do matter most and that customer loyalty is something that he will work hard to cultivate. He brings a quality of honesty and authenticity to each conversation and transition. He personally got involved to help solve our questions with extraordinary kindness, commitment and follow-through. James Hawkins in Sales was terrific and very knowledgeable and Gene Robbins (who is warm and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor) runs the service department, which is the most customer welcoming, efficient and technically comprehensive service center in the area. They have a great waiting room area that feels more like a comfortable relaxation room in a day spa than an auto service center!
