Even though I've moved out of state (and 3+ hours from Boston)I still make the trip back just to go to Toyota of Watertown. Kamel is an extraordinary service advisor who consistently provides outstanding customer service. He is very knowledgeable and also very patient, always happy to take the time to explain things to me if I'm confused (which can be often). As for the atmosphere of the dealership, I really appreciate having such a comfortable place (and such a clean bathroom) to wait for my car. There is TV, free internet, a variety of coffee and teas to choose from, and they even have bagels and fruit available depending on the time of day. Kamel and the rest of the staff at the Toyota of Watertown Service Department consistently go above and beyond with both their service and customer care, and they really make you feel like a valued customer. Kamel, Service Dept Manager, is the oil that keeps this car shop running. He does the work of 4-5 people. I hope he's compensated for that. I had my car in for service twice in the last two months, once for routine maintenance and then for a headlight replacement. On both occasions I talked to Kamel Khnaizir, the Service Advisor, and he was ver once for routine maintenance and then for a headlight replacement. On the headlight repair, he suggested the best time to come in so I wouldn't have to wait too long. I have dealt with Kamel for many years and he is always very considerate of what work needs to be done without doing any unnecessary jobs at additional costs. He makes the experience a good one. I have always been happy with the repairs and the courtesy drivers have always been very nice and professional too. The ladies on the courtesy desk are also very efficient and pleasant. I have given the excellent ratings based on my experiences with Kamel and the other associates working there. More
