I have been having my Toyota vehicles at this dealership since 1995. My contact at this dealership for virtually all of these past 16 years, Mr. Khnaizir, has consistently provided absolutely first rate se since 1995. My contact at this dealership for virtually all of these past 16 years, Mr. Khnaizir, has consistently provided absolutely first rate service. To cite a few examples, he (1) arranged to have my car towed to and dropped off at the service center after business hours when my car broke down 40 miles away; (2) convinced my insurance company not to designate my car "totaled" after an accident left it damaged but reparable shape, (3) negotiated a discounted transmission replacement due to my consistent maintenance record when my transmission gave out past warranty. This level of service is not just provided to me: today I overhear him on the phone, telling a customer that "he would never say no to him" in arranging immediate service. All of these services have been above and beyond any standard, so that when I go to that dealership, I always ask for Mr. Khnaizir if he is available. Beyond the things that he does, he has always been courteous, friendly and professional. As a reflection of my admiration of his work, in 2002 I moved residence so that I am much closer to another Toyota dealership, one that has a terrific reputation for service. In spite of this, for the last nine years I have been bringing my Toyota vehicles to Watertown Toyota. He inspires customer loyalty and I highly recommend him. More

The sales folks listened to my needs and made several suggestions. I liked several of the choices and had the pleasure of road testing each of the models before deciding that the RAV4 with a V6 and 4x4 would be perfect for me. This whole selection process was actually spread out over about two weeks – I enjoyed it. Once I decided, they quickly found my particular car in just the right color and all the right options. The service folks prepped the vehicle, added a tow package and delivered it to me quickly in perfect order – a fun moment. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership – sales, service, finance, administration – were clearly all part of a team and all did an outstanding job. These are good people! Buying my new RAV4 was a delightful experience – just as I hoped it would be. More

Everyone I dealt with was unbelievable professional, friendly and efficient. They fully explained all of my options and kept me informed as the mechanics found new issues. I was also impressed with the waiting area - it was a surprisingly pleasant place to spend 3.5 hours! More

It is a wonderful experience with Toyota Watertown. I visited the dealership on a Saturday and had a test drive of 2012 Camry, 2011 Camry and Toyota. Thanh is very nice and patient with my boyfriend and visited the dealership on a Saturday and had a test drive of 2012 Camry, 2011 Camry and Toyota. Thanh is very nice and patient with my boyfriend and myself. We are interested in 2012 Camry. He explained the new design of Camry and difference between old and new design. Then we tried some other cars of other brands. We still decide to take Camry. Thanh followed up with us about ordering and picking up. It is a great experience. More

Kamel went over and beyound his customer service skills. I purchased a Camry from Lexus of Watertown and had a serious water issue where as the water was puddling in the rear passenger floor. Lexus could not fix it, that's when kamel stood up took notice and went the max for me. You're customer service outshines Lexus without a doubt. The only reason I had my car serviced at Lexus was the fact that I purchased it though them. No more lexus.... you have my business for as long as i'm in this area.
