Oil light come on. I am from Vermont and needed to get home. Problem solved to get home with possible other problem identified. I had no appointment, but I was taken in immediately. I got a courtesy car ride to Cambridgeside mall, near where my son lives. Your driver was soooo wonderful. Lots of personality, and pleasant. We waited at the mall for a return call. After about 2 hours I called in. The problem was diagnosed, but no leak was found, A LOF was done (was almost needed anyways). Although I originally was quoted a lot of money to diagnose the problem, thankfully the cost was much less. Another small problem (possible water pump leak) was identified. I have returned to Vermont and I have an appointment to address the loss of oil and the waterpump leak. Thank you for all you did More

My adviser - Kamel - worked with me over a period of weeks to find a solution. He kept me apprised of developments, helped me evaluate my options, and pressed my case with Toyota. Ultimately, the manufacturer accepted responsibility for providing a new part. They never would have done it without Toyota of Watertown in my corner. Now, I've got a car that's as good as new. And a place I know I can trust for quality service. More
