Toyota of Watertown, like any reputable business, has always lived up to any documented agreements with our customers and has been doing business this way in Watertown for over 40 years. Unfortunately there is no documentation of a finalized agreement for this transaction and the person directly involved is no longer employed by the dealership. Our management staff tried to reach a mutually acceptable agreement with Mr. Welch, the same way we do for every customer, but their efforts were unsuccessful. We regret that our sincere attempts to retain Mr. Welch’s business were not sufficient .
