I took my car in for a routine service, and some potential brake work. Everyone was friendly & efficient. The service advisor checked (unsolicited) for any recall items, and explained the work that potential brake work. Everyone was friendly & efficient. The service advisor checked (unsolicited) for any recall items, and explained the work that would be done. I received a call before any additional work was started. Upon picking up my car I spoke to the service manager (Mike M.) who was solicitous and curious/concerned about the experience. The price was fair. No hidden extras. Recall items were gratis (understandably), as was the courtesy replacement of a burned out bulb. Another surprise was that my car was washed during the day. Only "downside" was that my courtesy ride to my office was available so quickly that I did not get to sample the courtesy pastries in their waiting room. I am generally wary of receiving service from dealerships but was thoroughly pleased with this experience. I would (and have) recommended them to others. More

I brought my car in for service expecting it to be a normal dealership experience, I was wrong. Jim greeted me promptly, was very concise and took the time to go over everything I didn't understand, exp normal dealership experience, I was wrong. Jim greeted me promptly, was very concise and took the time to go over everything I didn't understand, explained it all so I knew what was going on, why I needed it and even told me I could wait to have a couple of things fixed. It was a great experience start to finish. The waiting area is stellar, the staff is the best I have encountered, I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The wash and vacuum wash a nice touch too! All of the staff were eager to help me find the car I wanted, but they were not pushy. Working with Haider was an extreme pleasure. He was calm, patient, and anecdotal but down to business. He walked m wanted, but they were not pushy. Working with Haider was an extreme pleasure. He was calm, patient, and anecdotal but down to business. He walked me through the entire process to make everything as easy as possible and save me a few dollars along the way. I will recommend this dealership and Haider, specifically, to friends and family. The only reason I marked "Quality of Work" as a 4 (still not a bad score) is because Steve needs to work on his attentiveness to customers. Not checking his answering machine or paperwork that I had turned in to him delayed my acquiring of the car 1 day. More

I have had nothing but great experiences at Toyota of Watertown. I used to go to IRA Toyota in Peabody (where I bought my 2007 Corolla) for regualr maitenance, but once I went to the Watertown facility Watertown. I used to go to IRA Toyota in Peabody (where I bought my 2007 Corolla) for regualr maitenance, but once I went to the Watertown facility I was there for good. Recently, I was there for a noise my car was making prior to my warrantly running out - at the time they were not able to find the problem. When I returned 2 months later complaining of the same problem, they took care of it free of charge (as part of my warranty even though it had run out at this point). Kamel was extremely understanding and helpful, while also helping me to figure out what other maitenance my car needed without spending a fortune. Thanks Kamel and Toyota of Watertown! More

I purchased my car at another dealership but I have been going to Toyota of Watertown for service over the past several years. My last two service appointments were frustrating. I got a bill for over $100 going to Toyota of Watertown for service over the past several years. My last two service appointments were frustrating. I got a bill for over $1000 for maintenance when I brought the car in for what I thought was going to be a free appointment because of a recall notice. I believe the bill was legitimate, however, as the car was five years old and they put in new brakes, new wiper blades (I had noticed that at least one of them was not in great shape), a new hybrid battery, etc. The more recent service appointment was supposed to be an annual inspection and a replacement of remote key batteries. I was frustrated because I called and was informed that the car was ready to be picked up, but when I arrived, I waited for a half hour before the car was brought out. I don't blame Kamel for this; I think it was a mix up, or a few mix ups, at the service desk, and they were unable to reach him to notify him that I was there for the car. Kamel was very apologetic for this and offered to arrange for the remote keys to be picked up from my home or workplace so that the batteries could later be replaced free of charge because he felt so bad about the fact that I was waiting a half hour to pick up the car. In the future I plan to work directly with Kamel to get my service needs addressed and I would recommend him. More
