I actually found a little scratch in the car so they took it to get buffed out like there was no problem for them working more. He wanted to make sure everything was great. We found a used Honda Odyssey online. It was after hours but called just in case someone answered. Salesman, Nick Sandhu, happened to answer and we made arrangements to see the Honda the next day. We, and our three children, loaded into our Pilot, drove to Tracy Honda, fell in love with the car and drove home in the roominess and luxury of our 2007 Odyssey. Nick Sandhu treated us, and our little ones, with such graciousness, we felt like part of a family. The General Manager demonstrated integrity in providing us with XM radio, as was advertised but missing, in the vehicle. The finance officer was thorough and appropriate in sharing our options, without pushiness. We highly recommend Tracy Honda for its warmth, integrity, great inventory and great deals! More

Let's face it. Going to a car dealer is usually not a pleasant experience.
