From initial contact through delivery, Transwest GMC performed exceptionally well. Of course, I didn't expect anything less because of how well they have performed since I've done business with them. The Transwest service department has been very difficult to work with. Scheduling is a huge issue. No one communicates and the answer to me as the customer is always no. The service manager did make a hu to work with. Scheduling is a huge issue. No one communicates and the answer to me as the customer is always no. The service manager did make a huge effort to get the part that was needed to get my truck back on the road. He was able to locate a part that was not going to be available until Sept 26 at a dealership in Nebraska. I was very appreciative of his effort. More
