I am a retired controller of a very large auto group in New York State.I bought my Lexus at one of those stores. Impressed by my service advisor Whitney, welcoming friendly informed and thorough. I live in Vero Beach Florida closest Lexus dealer In Fort Pierce or Melbourne. I’ve had my car serviced at Fort Pierce approximately 45 minutes from my house. The battery on my car was dead I needed service and a new battery. In the past I have had valet service especially since I was having a very difficult time jumping my car. Dealership policy has changed so I had to get my car there. I love my car but would think twice about buying another Lexus because the dealerships are so far away. I was given a loaner. Everyone that worked there was very nice and professional, Service drive personnel were the best. Very happy with the experience and employees dealership it’s just too far away for a senior with a dead battery and no one to help me. More
I went here to have my car serviced and it was okay. The establishment was beautiful and clean and there were snacks and drinks. It took 1.25 hours for the service. Glad I made the 8AM appointment so it wasn't too backed up - because they were definitely short staffed. I was told my car would be vacuumed and my windshield wiper fluid would be filled and both did not happen. My sensor for the oil change is now off, and I assumed they did that and the inspection so thats good and is really the point of going there. If I were to change one thing it would be not to promise something that isn't going to happen. Just don't tell me about the vacuum and fluid and then I wouldn't expect it. :) More

The service rep David diagnosed my Mark Levinson amplifier in my 2007 ls460 and found it was bad. This particular amplifier seems to have a defect that causes it to go bad on that year car and the o amplifier in my 2007 ls460 and found it was bad. This particular amplifier seems to have a defect that causes it to go bad on that year car and the only way to get it fixed from Lexus is to purchase a new one. I did not order the part yet, but will soon. I can live without a radio for a week or two. I am always satisfied with the service at my Treasure Coast Lexus dealership. There a great team and everyone from the receptionist to the mechanics are very honest with you and very respectful. Thank you again. More
