Howard Kent, our salesperson always knows when we are coming up to bring the car in for service and meets with us, we catch up and he always makes sure we are totally happy with our vehicle. Then there is Kelleigh Congdon our Service Manager. It is probably the notes she takes but she remembers every concern we may have had, makes sure it is addressed and follows up to make sure everything that we may of previously been concerned about is no longer an issue. Howard genuinely cares about his customers. Then there is Kelleigh Congdon our Service Director. Again cares about why you bring your car in, cares about the time you spend at dealership while you are waiting and remembers concerns you may have previously had as well as knowing what your concerns if any for a routine service. Overall, I have found the people at Treasure Coast Lexus are a caring and concerned group that remember and care about you long after you have purchased or leased a vehicle from them.
