Since it was a 2.5 hour process, we had time to take a look at the vehicles in the showroom. We loved our RX300 because of its safety feature, plus the fact that my husband, Frank, didn’t have to bend to slide into its seat! The height of the step up for me was pretty difficult. When I was tired, it was really hard. We saw an NX300 which had all the features that we liked on the RX300. Pretty soon, Carlton brought one in the color we liked over so we could test drive it, while we waited for our car to be finished. Needless to say, we drove off in an SUV that was easier for me to get into and was high enough for Frank that he didn’t have to bend to get into it! More

When I returned home from picking up my vehicle I had received a notice in the mail from Lexus for the same service at a cost of $159.65 (Fall Filter Special). I paid approximately $70 more than I should have. I immediately called the service department twice in the past 24 hrs to discuss this and have not received a return call. I would like Lexus to credit/refund me the difference. Obviously it would have been nice to know at the time of my visit that there was a fall special price. Would appreciate it if someone would call me back to discuss. Thank you. More

Have to go back to buy the leather pouch for $ 10 since they did not include it. AC cabin filter $ 94.95 , can buy the original Toyota filter for less than $ 20. and install in 2 minutes. Do not know if tire rotation is done any more. More
