The only gripe I have is the same for all dealerships, you make an appointment, all you have to do is rotate tire Needed regular maintenance service. As a loyal South Florida Lexus customer for over three decades, I've consistently enjoyed excellent service from their service departments. However, since moving to the area within the past year, my recen decades, I've consistently enjoyed excellent service from their service departments. While Linda?, who handles phone inquiries, was courteous, my interaction with the service advisor fell short. Despite assurances of timely scheduling, I had to follow up over a week later. Despite dropping off my car on a Friday with hopes of completion by Monday, I received a delay notification on Tuesday, citing dashboard complexities. Despite requesting no courtesy wash, my car was washed, compromising its ceramic layer. Additionally, upon driving home, I discovered the radio antenna wire wasn't plugged in, necessitating an immediate return to the dealership. Despite the pleasant facility ambiance, this initial experience was disappointing, particularly due to the repeated false assurances. More

I have been to this service center many times in the past I’ve never had a problem. However, the service manager misrepresented the work I needed to have done and tried to charge me.
