Great service was extended to us by the service department and rep Jude. We also interacted by phone with Linda who made sure that our needs were met. We had a difficult time getting an exact time department and rep Jude. We also interacted by phone with Linda who made sure that our needs were met. We had a difficult time getting an exact time for the car to be towed by AAA. Linda assured us that the service department would evaluate the car whenever we were able to get there. Both ladies were wonderful to work with and I’m happy to say our car is fixed and running beautifully. More

WE had an appointment for a key replacement on the 21st, we were told the key would be ordered and there for our appointment. after coming in for the appointment we were told it hadn't been ordered. We came in three days later and had been told it could be done in an hour, we sat there for almost 2 hours. When asked for an estimate to replace just the glass in the driver's side mirror which had become cloudy, we were given an estimate of about 1100 dollars which is the cost to replace the entire side mirror, glass, housing and mechanism. From our experience we have very little confidence in these people More
