It turns out that it was my mistake. The car did not need an oil change at this time just a tirerotation. And the assistant you gave me was very professional and explain that next time it will get the oil change. Thank you

It takes 2 hours for a basic oil change. That is too long and makes it very hard for those that work. I have to take a half day from work to get a regular service. More
