I am extremely disappointed with my experiences involving Palm Beach Toyota and Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart. After purchasing my Toyota in June 2024, I experienced paint issues, a transmission failure Palm Beach Toyota and Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart. After purchasing my Toyota in June 2024, I experienced paint issues, a transmission failure, and eventually a wheel lock issue after continued servicing through Treasure Coast Toyota. I was never informed about special wheel locks, tuner-style lug nuts, or spline keys and relied on Toyota to properly maintain my vehicle. After my most recent transmission and tune-up service, the wheel lock key could no longer be found when I needed to fix a flat tire. On May 20, 2026 — the day of my daughter’s graduation — I spent the entire day trying to resolve this issue. Because Toyota appointments are so difficult to get, I called Walmart around 7:00 AM for a tire change appointment. Walmart informed me the wheel lock key was missing and could not service my tire. Because Treasure Coast Toyota had most recently serviced my vehicle, I immediately contacted Toyota and was told over the phone they had the part and could help me. When I arrived, Brian refused to even look at my vehicle and told me they could not help, did not have the part, and did not even have the tire needed. I was then sent to AutoZone and surrounding stores, none of which could help me. After calling Toyota back, Matthew in parts confirmed they DID have the part and sold it to me for $63.90. I returned to Walmart, waited for hours, and still ended up late to my daughter’s graduation, missing her final band performance at the beginning of the ceremony. A week later, after returning to Walmart for my follow-up appointment, I was informed the part Toyota sold me was still the wrong part and they still could not service my vehicle. When I returned again to Treasure Coast Toyota, I continued receiving conflicting information and was repeatedly told to go elsewhere again, including to Extreme Performance. After escalating the matter to management, Adam, the service manager, admitted they had the wheel lock key all along after previously stating it had been lost. After multiple trips, conflicting explanations, missed time with my family, and escalation to Toyota corporate, I was finally sold a new key and my tire was patched — something that could have been resolved the morning of May 20th. I also want to note that Brian was rude and antagonistic during this process. While I was asking to speak with management after repeatedly being turned away, he interrupted and stated, “I tried to help you last time, remember that?” and then remarked, “She don’t want to hear that though.” This entire experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, financial inconvenience, and completely destroyed my trust in Toyota’s customer service and accountability. I also escalated the issue to Toyota corporate and was ultimately told by Jackie that I could simply “go somewhere else moving forward.” More

I went to the dealership expecting the normal experience. Instead I ran into a salesman named Shane. He and the finance manager went above and beyond to help me out of a bad situation.
