Several years ago, when Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart was under different ownership, I had a horrific experience with leasing that was a nightmare for many years. When the Woods family took over the dealership, they not only were able to correct the issues of the past, but have actually reversed my negative opinion of Toyota to a very positive one. Fil Catania has worked extra hard for me, in dealing with some physical issues I have with my new Camry. He has definitely gone above and beyond, but most importantly treated me with respect. He has also helped in making impossible transactions very possible. The entire staff goes out of their way to greet their customers in a friendly, inviting way. Coming back soon After almost an entire day of haggling and negotiating and being thrown around from one person to another in a competing dealership we decided that we After almost an entire day of haggling and negotiating and being thrown around from one person to another in a competing dealership we decided that we’re done with it and we’re going home. However for some reason I decided to call treasure coast Toyota with one question, we had an offer we’re not happy with and asked if they would beat it and meet our price. And oh man they did. We walked in 2 hours before they’re closing time. We met Steven and I can’t say it enough times how satisfied and happy we were with the expierence with him. I’ve NEVER had a car buying expierence better than this. We told him what we’re looking for and he showed us all the vehicles that met our desired trim and package (they had more than 40 in stock) we decided on the car and went back to discuss the price and payments, I’m not sure if we discussed any thing because Steven was able to meet our very reasonable offer without any hassle. We were signing the papers in less than an hour! Best part is we did not have to deal with 5 different unhelpful people! It was our salesperson and the finance person. Ray in finance was very helpful and cheerful, offered us multiple extended warranty packages with no pressure what so ever, we ended up declining the packages. They were unable to accept our credit car for the down payment but did accommodate with other payment method. As I said earlier the whole experience was exceptional, everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Treasure coast even took car of our first payment! Steven got our car ready with a free full tank of gas, and cleaned to showroom condition. I’m extremely satisfied with my expierence here and will be coming back in a few months for my new truck from treasure coast Toyota. More

I've been looking for a specific car and talked to other dealerships but ultimately didn't go with them because I felt like I was getting the typical Salesman pitch. Steven was easy to talk to and I didn't feel like I was being suckered into anything. He made my first car purchase easy and walked me through every step of the way. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family and anyone reading this! Although there are more steps in purchasing a car out of state, I would definitely do it again. If I ever need another car I will be contacting Steven first. More

Bait-and-Switch Tactics, Predatory Sales Tactics I found a used truck for sale at Treasure Coast Toyota while searching online. The salesman and I discussed the truck, and agreed on a price of $20,00 I found a used truck for sale at Treasure Coast Toyota while searching online. The salesman and I discussed the truck, and agreed on a price of $20,000, for a total of $21,680 with my local taxes included. I am out of the area, so they sent me the contract via overnight mail - it was wrong and did not reflect that I paid a $1,000 deposit. They sent another, and it was wrong, and the total price was $21,000, not the agreed upon $20,000. This process has taken nine days, because they delayed sending the second contract by four days. I have called multiple times every day. During this process, I had it inspected ($150), and the inspector identified a problem with the air conditioner not blowing as cold as it should. I told the salesman about this, and he said he will have the service department look at and fix the truck. Two days later, I called the service department and they had no record of the truck being in the shop. The salesman admitted that he did not have them look at it, because they do an inspection before the vehicle gets on the lot - despite the fact that there was an identified problem and he said they would look at it. Treasure Coast Toyota used bait-and-switch tactics, wasted huge amounts of my time, and lied extensively. I would highly recommend purchasing your vehicle elsewhere. More
