I'm not sure if it's just the sales person I worked with, or the dealership as a whole, but they seem very dishonest. I had talked to their internet sales team and decided to take a look at a ch worked with, or the dealership as a whole, but they seem very dishonest. When i got their, their sales person Neville refused to let me see the car I wanted to look at. He attempted to herd me into another car, which was double the sticker price, and in much much worse condition. When I expressed that I was not interested, he continued to push the car. He refused to return my drivers license and my keys for the trade in I had so I could not leave for about two hours. I did finally end up leaving this dealership never to return again. Avoid this place as they seem to have fairly dishonest sales practices. More

The trade in process was relatively easy with some negotiation which was finalized agreeably and pleasantly with the sales manager (whose name I cannot recall). John introduced me to about everyone with whom I may ever have contact with when I return for maintenance services. All the employees were very pleasant and friendly, and answered any questions. This was my 1st automatic transmission after years of driving a manual, and John helped through my first test drive to become comfortable with the car doing most of the work. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a first - class, hassle free trade in/Scion or Toyota purchase experience. More

Positively the worst dealership I have had experience with. Fraudulent advertising, lying, and not delivering goods as advertised. I purchased a 2013 certified camry that was advertsed on auto trader as with. Fraudulent advertising, lying, and not delivering goods as advertised. In addition the sales girl told me that it had the backup camera which it did not. After speaking with 3 salesman the day after my purchase they said the advertised accessory pacjage was for when the car was sold new. I called Alexandra and she said she woul call me back. Well she did not so I proceeded to call Toyota Motor Corp and write negative reviews. To this day they have not made good on their promise that they deliver what they oromise. In addition I purchased the car on Nov. 23RD and it is now Dec. 31 and I still do not have my cars registration! The car had coffee stains that I had to remove myself and the carfax and advertisement were contradictory. The business manager could not answer my questions regarding the diacrepencies in the amount of tax charged. In addition he added a county tax to the purchase price of the car. There is no county tax in FL or the state where I am registering the car. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. GO TO EARL STEWART TOYOTA IN PALN BEACH! More
