The service man tried to argue with me and tell me the fog lights on my car “are for show and they don’t actually work” after I told him one of my lights were out and proceeded to try and show me how to t fog lights on my car “are for show and they don’t actually work” after I told him one of my lights were out and proceeded to try and show me how to turn my lights on and off as if I had no idea how to work my own car I have owned for the past 5 years. He then said he would check my fog lights anyway for $100, thinking that it will also be replaced within that price as well. After a few hours he calls me to tell me I was right and that my fog lights does not work and that it would be $800 to replace ONE light, as well as they would not fix my tire that I bought from a different Toyota location due to the warranty/ purchase of that tire not being from their location. So I spent $100 on a man to tell me my light was broken when I told him that from the very beginning. More
