Bobby was a super nice guy who offered some great humor to break the ice. They offered a very good offer on my trade and I asked if they could go a little bit more and they did. They gave us a great deal on the 4Runner we ended up purchasing. Now, let me tell you about Deltom, the finance manager. Typically these people are looking to tack on a ton of additional stuff that you really don't need for an obscene amount of money financed over the terms of your loan. This guy is so amazing, patient and wonderful to talk to. Didn't waste any time and was super efficient while maintaining his charming character. I've been bought a lot of vehicles over the course of the past 30 or so years and I have to say that this was definitely one of the best experiences I have had so far. He was pleasant and professional when answering my questions and always replied promptly. He also kept me up-to-date with my allocation and saw the process through to the end. While we didn't interact much, Ron in Sales Management got me a fair deal on this new vehicle. Given the current automobile shortage (summer 2022), I was surprised by the reasonable out-the-door price he worked out. Finance Manager Deltom Lequernaque was also a pleasure to work with. He had everything prepared perfectly. I particularly appreciated how he incorporates technology in his processes when and where it increases efficiency.
