Don't trust the service department Took my 2003 Solara in for a repair. They told me the part I needed was no longer available. BUT I did need new valve cover gaskets due to a "bad" o Took my 2003 Solara in for a repair. They told me the part I needed was no longer available. BUT I did need new valve cover gaskets due to a "bad" oil leak. Refused the service and looked at the issue when I got home. NO LEAK, not a drop. There has been no oil on my garage for the 16 years I've owned the car and none now.. I checked the oil level and it has not lost one bit of oil in over 6 months. DON"T TRUST the service department. Get a second opinion! More

Great Timing I had been driving a 2016 Tacoma for several years, and took it in for scheduled maintenance . Scott met me at the service department and we discussed the option to lease a new Tundra. I had been contemplating the purchase of a larger truck with greater towing capacity, as I have a boat that I need transport from Ga. Scott was very helpful and walked me through the steps required to make the deal happen. He gave me a great deal on my truck as a trade in and I left completely satisfied. Love the new truck! More

We went in for an oil change and came out with a new car!!! We went in to have our car serviced by Denise, who is wonderful, decided to look into lowering our payments. John walked us through the paperwork with much efficiency. We give them all 10 for their personalities!!! More

No one paid attention to my financial needs I was asked by them to buy my car to fill a need for used cars. I’d had it less than a year. I said I’d consider it if my payment didn’t go up. I was I was asked by them to buy my car to fill a need for used cars. I’d had it less than a year. I said I’d consider it if my payment didn’t go up. I was assured they could make it happen — and I signed paperwork that showed what I needed. Less than a week later I was asked to return. Bank couldn’t do that...same bank and everything. Ended up with payment $125 more per month and DOUBLE the interest rate. They knew before I walked out of there yet they assured me...I feel abused. Don’t think I’ll return. More

Service Department Buy a car there but avoid the Service department. My truck not even a month old. Brand new 2018 4 Runner. I noticed my driver side front bumper pop Buy a car there but avoid the Service department. My truck not even a month old. Brand new 2018 4 Runner. I noticed my driver side front bumper popped our a little bit. I took it into the Service Department and they said it was my fault. They said they saw scratches on the bottom of the passenger side bumper. I asked them to show me and you need magnify glass to even see any scratches. My advice take your car/truck there to get the free oil changes and tire rotations if you have them but if they ask you to buy anything like filters or window washer blades, go somewhere else to buy them.( A different Toyota) I will not give that service department any of my money ever! More

This Toyota is a joke Service center is ridiculously slow to give you any answers. I just bought a car from here and it’s already falling apart. The warranty is a joke. Don Service center is ridiculously slow to give you any answers. I just bought a car from here and it’s already falling apart. The warranty is a joke. Don’t waste your time. Even for basic service it’s a 3 hour wait and they have don’t offer any loaner cars so if you come here just be prepared to waste your day. More
