I was going to an appt. for service (oil/filter), when in the heat of the day(6/21/12)the A/C unit quit. I called that evening hoping I could get in the next day and was assured that it could be done.( I bou the heat of the day(6/21/12)the A/C unit quit. I stepped in and was greeted by Ken, extremely friendly and engaging. Who then introduced me to my salesman which was Mario. Mario made test driving the car effortless and actually fun. He kept it simple and casual which made working with and around him so relaxing. Due to my complicated situation of trade in and pay off I wasn't able to walk off with my Lexus :( but they did make sure to do all they could and even called me several times to follow up and help me get what I really wanted. I would have loved to do business with the tri-county family... And I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! More

I started with a web search for my Toyota on Sunday June 10th via web. Nick Fisher phoned me on Monday morning and asked how he could assist me. I drove in the truck Wed the 13th and left with my 2011 Toyota which is like brand new...excellent condition..12k miles!! I arrived at around 43opm and was met with Friendy smiles by sales associates and Sales Manager Ken!! They were expecting me. Nick was awesome, friendly, no pressure, honest!! I loved his choice for me based upon what I told him over phone. I was able to be approved for credit, get a trade in allowance, have my Toyota detailed while I finalized paperwork with Steve in finance!! This is the place to go for GREAT Customer Service!!! We are long time fans of the Toyota brand. We have moved from NYS and this is the first car purchased in PA. Although we have dealt with the service dept at Tri County and have only positive things to say a from NYS and this is the first car purchased in PA. We found Bruce Bransfield by chance and couldn't have been happier. He is a no nonense guy who was so easy to work with. He did not pressure us, offered tons of excellent information and helped us make an informed choice that was right for us. I finally found a dealer who can do good work on my Lexus. Rich was very helpful and accomodating. I have had service done at almost every Lexus dealer in the area and have not been satisfied with th Lexus. Rich was very helpful and accomodating.
