My sales representative, Matthew Williams, was a honest man with a positive attitude. These qualities contributed to my decision-making process to use Tri-County Toyota for my next purchase. Matt was a complete go-getter, who went the extra mile to give his best to answer any questions that I had. Moreover, he was an excellent communicator, as he made sure that my answers were responded to in a timely manner. Both Matt and his team manager, Nick Fisher worked collaboratively to explore any questions that I had. Throughout the my time at Tri-County, I noticed Matt utilizing resources to help continue to develop a progressive approach in making the buying process go smoothly without any inconvenience to me without adding any pressure on me as a prospective buyer. Above all of Matt's professional qualities, the quality that I admired the most from Matt was that he was honest. His helpful nature well surpasses the competition. Matt was a good listener which made me feel comfortable to approach him with my questions, which he solved with intelligence, diligence and care. This impression of Matt is further supported in the outstanding customer service that he provided to me during my purchase of my 2014 RAV4 Limited. He was pro-active before our meeting with calls and emails so that he had a good idea about what I wanted to see. The RAV4s were there, easy to compare, and he answered all of my questions directly and clearly. He pointed out some things I needed to know that I did not ask about, which was helpful. Negotiating the price was business-like and professional and I left with a fair deal. He set up the bluetooth, made sure I could operate the apps and navigation and made sure the car was totally cleaned and complete. ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF, DISHONESTY AT ITS WORST I've owned my RAV4 since 2004 and have always used Toyota service in both New Jersey and North Carolina. Toyota has a universal maintenance system so I've owned my RAV4 since 2004 and have always used Toyota service in both New Jersey and North Carolina. Toyota has a universal maintenance system so all dealers can look up the service record of a vehicle. I just moved to PA and brought my RAV to Tri County Toyota for the mandatory state inspection. The car was in their shop for less than 1 hour when I received a call saying their preliminary checkout showed I needed a fuel induction service which costs approximately $115.00 and the car was in need of a tune up which runs approximately $200.00. In February 2014 (2 months age) the Toyota dealer in NC performed the Induction service for $79.95. Not only did the car not need this service but their cost was $35 more expensive for the same service. In July 2012 the car had a tune up (I have only put on 17,000 miles since then). At that time the cost of the tune up was $129.95 that's an $80.00 difference. They either knew this and attempted to rip me off or they are too dumb to look up the vehicle maintenance records. Either way I will never go back to Tri County Toyota for service or to buy anything. Don't believe their trustworthy. More

I appreciate the fact that Fred listens to what I say and finds options based on what I want instead of a salesman telling me what he wants me to buy. I am also impressed with the team work at Tri County and have experienced employees helping each other to provide me the best service. Even though there are two other Toyota dealers more convenient to where I live, I will continue to do business with Tri County and especially Fred Whitehawk More

My first Toyota was not purchased at Tri-county, and when the car needed service I took the car to the service department where I purchased the car. I was not at all impressed with the department. After that experience, I started going to Tri-County and I have always had great experiences. I won't take my car anywhere else!! More

My Scion xD purchase I originally stopped by the used car department looking for a used Scion xD with manual transmission. I found Michael, the salesman, very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and the dealerships programs.
