Mathew was very helpful with the purchase of my new Rav 4. I had walked within an hour of closing and Mathew remained patient until we agreed on a price. You had to go to another building to meet with financing but I presume that once the building is up in running you will not run into these problems. My parents went to tri county toyota to buy a new car. They were dubbed into a lease. They never test drove the car because of bad weather. They called me after the papers were signed. I told them that it was not what they wanted to try to get thier money back. They went to talk to them about buyers remorse and wanted to get out of the lease. They still never touched the car. Guy Scholl came out of his office screaming at my father who is a senior citizen in a threating manner. He told my parents they were not getting thier money back nor would they match an offer we got from 3 different dealers. They gave a $3000 deposit and wanted them to just match the deal. They said no to matching the deal. They were told there is no buyers remorse in the state of pennsylvania and he hoped that they had good lawyers because quote tri county does. We in turn called three different dealers about buyers remorse and were told that any dealership that was in good standing would try and work with the customer or give them a refund because the car never left the lot. Tri county wouldnt even return any phone calls. My parents were forced to hire a lawyer. So now through this process they are out $3000 and lawyer fees. The lawyer did get them out of thier lease but didnt get them thier deposit back. while this was going on Tri county delivered the car to thier house and didnt leave the keys. Again my parents tried to call them and no one would return the phone calls. Long story short they are CROOKS!!!!! The lawyer that my parents hired had told them he had a lot of stories like this from them. My parents are retired living on a fixed income and were taken advantage of. The stress on my senior citizen parents was ridiculous and uncalled for. They were caught ripping senior citizens off and were stong arming them knowing they didnt have the money to fight it. THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOUR TRUST THEM. Yes my parents should have walked out but they TRUST people. Well they dont anymore. Thank you Tri county for changing great people. I hope my review help people NOT to get ripped off!!!!! Very unprofessional and extreamly rude people!!!! Congratulations Tri County Toyota you managed to legally STEAL from the elderly!!!! I visited Tri County Toyota seeking a replacement vehicle after the bad winter weather in the area. After driving several sedans of various makes and models, I was pleased to find that the Toyota Camry was a after the bad winter weather in the area. After driving several sedans of various makes and models, I was pleased to find that the Toyota Camry was able to deliver most of the items on my checklist. The Camry I selected was a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with great miles, good appeal and was still under factory warranty. I dealt with Michael Moffa who was very knowledgeable of the products and was able to explain the many steps of the process clearly. He was especially patient when I requested to take multiple test drives and during the negotiation process. I then sat down with Steve for the financing portion of the process where he was able to walk me through the steps with ease. Finally, the detail crew were kind enough to remove a few scratches on the rear fender and did so with impressive success. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my experience with Tri County Toyota and look forward to continued service with my new car. Between the service, staff and products offered, they deliver the type of service you should expect for your car buying experience.
