Great service with knowledgeable staff helping from the time I dropped off the car, keeping me updated through the process and then checking out. time I dropped off the car, keeping me updated through the process and then checking out. More
Very courteous, professional and reasonable. I would recommend this dealership. Selection of vehicle was not on lot but Andel and Kevin found one quickly for us. I would recommend this dealership. Selection of vehicle was not on lot but Andel and Kevin found one quickly for us. More

I went for my complimentary maintenance, and last time was told my oil change was recommended at another 5K miles (I was at 12K), when it’s synthetic oil and was told by the dealership I purchased it at t was told my oil change was recommended at another 5K miles (I was at 12K), when it’s synthetic oil and was told by the dealership I purchased it at that I can go up to 10K miles. They changed the sticker. Today I go in, and I explain to Kevin (the service representative) who was fantastic and the only reason for 2 stars. He agrees to do the sticker for at least 7K miles. The sticker gets printed wrong - no biggie. I ask another representative for a new sticker and he tells me that they recommend 5K miles (which defeats the purpose of paying for synthetic IF I had been paying for it to go just as often) and then tells me that no, they cannot reprint the stickers. I tell him that the one other man did last time, so I was blatantly lied to, and then Kevin reprinted the sticker for me. To me, asking customers to come just as often for twice the price when synthetic is meant for you to go longer because it burns cleaner reads of a scam to make more money off customers who do not know any better. When I pulled up to service section to get an oil change, they took me right. Not a long wait, I didn’t catch his name, but the guy that took care of me was SUPER NICE! they took me right. Not a long wait, I didn’t catch his name, but the guy that took care of me was SUPER NICE! More
The work I needed to get done was warranty related. I had to order two parts and they came in at a reasonable time. The parts were also installed by this dealership and they did an excellent job. My parents purchased 3 vehicles from Tri State Nissan over the past 15 years. Their most recent purchase was a new Altima in February of 2022. In October, with less than 8k miles on the Continental tir over the past 15 years. Their most recent purchase was a new Altima in February of 2022. In October, with less than 8k miles on the Continental tires that came at purchase the back passenger side tire exploded. As one would expect, my parents were completely uncomfortable with driving around on three other tires that could explode in the same odd manner. After bringing the tire into the dealership they were told it would be sent to Continental and a reimbursement was possible. Fast forward a month later, there was little communication and the tire was still at the dealership. Nothing had been done and we felt lied to. In the end, the general manager called to see what could be done and offered to provide Michelin tires at cost with no labor ($90). Unfortunately, the charge $868 was still higher than getting the same tires from other local distributors. They had a chance to make things right and didn't come through... and we've been loyal customers for years. Also, be wary of these Continental Tires... I've never seen new tires explode like this.
