I was not sure any salesman would give this short, middle-aged woman a second look since I was looking at Ram 1500 Rebel 4x4 Crew Cab. Chris was very easy to talk to and I told him I was shopping around and looking at trucks. He went to get the keys and pulled the truck into the Collision Bay out of the sun...it was a very hot and humid day. He went through all of the bells and whistles. I am not sure if he knew he had me sold on the truck when he showed me how I could lower the truck to an entry-exit level. This was going to make it easier for my mother to get into and out of my truck. We test drove the truck and I enjoyed how easy it was to drive. When researching trucks I had already scratched off my list the Rebel. But after taking it on a test drive I had made up my mind I was going to be buying the Rebel. After having the truck for more than a week now I can honestly say I love it. We drove the Rebel to Tennessee and back the other day. A very comfortable ride and great visibility. Both my husband and my dad had plenty of room riding in the back seats. The Rebel is our third Dodge vehicle. My husband has a Ram 1500 which has over 200,000 miles on it. My other Dodge is a Citadel which I have owned for three years. My youngest brother has a Jeep Cherokee and a Ram 1500 with the Eco-Diesel engine which he very much enjoys (great gas mileage). Got your back I called the dealership on 7/12/2017 and talked with Chris about a diesel. He was more than happy to work this deal mainly over the phone, as I live 3 I called the dealership on 7/12/2017 and talked with Chris about a diesel. He was more than happy to work this deal mainly over the phone, as I live 3 hours away. We talked for 3 days and I was coming in on Saturday the 15th. Now this deal started a little rocky because when I arrived someone else was test driving the same truck that I drove 3 hours to purchase. I was a little upset and voiced my opinion as well. Chris had my back the whole time. I did not purchase the truck on Saturday, but that wasn't all they're fault. Chris and Eric, the sales manager, continued to work this deal and got it approved on 7/20. After the deal was approved Chris agreed to drive 3 hours and deliver it to me. He insisted on driving to my job, as to not inconvenience me at all. He drove to my job and we finished everything on site. Then he took my trade and, of course, drove 3 hours back. Like I said, this deal started rocky, but through the persistence Chris and the rest of the dealership it turned out to be a great and I would buy there again and definitely recommend them.
