What is unfortunate is that you all still do not get the point. No one is this disgruntled over the approval or denial of auto loan. Everyone has been denied for something at some point in their life. However, it is upsetting that this group has NOT called to speak about this information but instead replied to a comment on Facebook. That is why the customer service is terrible and further proves my point.
