We have worked with Rodney for a few years now. I had a Malibu and wanted to exchange it for another car. I have been bringing my car to Tropical Chev.,since January 2009 and have dealt with 3 different service consultant (advisor) have always been given an estimate and advised what my car needed. However, I want to suggest that you all make the service consultants adware of specials discounts being mailed out to customers. I had my car in for service on September21, it cost me $802.17 after I returned home and the mail was delivered, I received some discount coupons . Had I been aware of the coupons I would have waited until MOnday to bring the car in and would have saved $115.00 PLease understand my complaint is not against the service department. All of the employees there gave excellent service. I was notified by Paul of the delay in repairing my car.Paul also filed my claim with Auto Care (Extended warranty. Jennetta M.
