Overall experience was good until.. Overall experience was good. Purchased a used truck. Left with a warm and fuzzy feeling however when I got home I found out I had been pulled fast on Overall experience was good. Purchased a used truck. Left with a warm and fuzzy feeling however when I got home I found out I had been pulled fast one. The whole time I was at the dealership I never had the keys to my new vehicle in my hands. After all was said and done I was handed the keys and remotes and got into the truck and drove home. The keys were taped to the remotes and I didn't notice or think otherwise. Come to find out both sets of keys were broken so they could not be put on key chains and one remote was so broken that it had been put together with a zip tie and silicone sealant. The next day I questioned Jonathan and he replied with "you purchased a used vehicle so what do you expect". This left a very bitter taste in my mouth towards him and wondered what other issues he was hiding about my new purchase and the dealership he represents. I called him back the next day and left a message on his voice mail and NEVER did I get a return call. After spending $17,000 you would think I could at least have keys I could put on a key change. This was very in unprofessional and cowardly. No I would not recommend Tropical Ford if this is how they do business. More

As I decided to purchase a new truck I shopped around and decided to include Tropical Ford since I had great service and honest treatment from them. Not to my surprise I decided to purchase my new 2018 F150 Platinum from Tropical Ford. The experience was great. There was no high pressure tactics. My salesman, Michael Torres, was professional and delivered on his word. Jose Gutierrez, Finance Manager, made the paperwork seamless and made me feel very comfortable. In short, my overall experience has always been great at Tropical Ford, and my transaction this week with them confirmed once again why Tropical Ford is my chosen local Ford dealership. I highly recommend Tropical Ford. More
