Flat tire Tire flat, pulled in garage, with trunk open it stormed and spare tire got a 1/2 inch of water blown in. sidewall breached, needs replacement. Ordered to be put on my GT chrome rim. I dried out trunk at home. Arranged to be picked up at 6 pm, tire to be remounted on car and spare put back in trunk. Arrive to pick up tire 5 min before 6. Counter person tells me there is no one to put on tire. Tell him to go check. Comes back and tells me they do not see the tire mounted on a my chrome wheel. He looks in computer. Another gentleman comes from the back. I asked him if he works in the tire department. He says no I explain my situation. I was a little agitated at this point. He goes to the back, comes back tells me he found the tire, and a technician is waiting in the bay and he told the counter person to drive the car into the bay. which he did. 15 min later I got my car. I was relieved, but not happy with the customer service. More

Excellent Service I went to Tropical Ford with a plethora of issues that needed to be addressed on my car. The majority of which were normal service but one of the big I went to Tropical Ford with a plethora of issues that needed to be addressed on my car. Hector took care of my issues and even tho there were a lot of items that needed to be addressed he was able to get me in and out quickly.
