Made an appt. on line for 705am to do, oil change, tire rotation, the works. I was told I was 3rd in line, and that they were short staffed. I was done @925am. No one discussed any findings on the mult rotation, the works. I was told I was 3rd in line, and that they were short staffed. I was done @925am. I brought the car in November. Brought it again in may and picked it up 3 weeks later with the same issue. Communication was good by Juan but the car is not fixed. My recent service experience at Tropical Ford was as fantastic as every other time our vehicle has gone there for the last two and a half years. My daughter Shayna took the car in for a routine maintena fantastic as every other time our vehicle has gone there for the last two and a half years. My daughter Shayna took the car in for a routine maintenance and Bryan Langenderfer and his service department found some other things that needed attention,and needed it immediately!! My daughter had to cut her steering wheel hard to the right not to be hit Head on and ended up scraping a wall trying to miss the accident!!!! Bryan Langenderfer not only Saw to the mechanical repairs but also made sure Shayna was handled fantastic in the body shop to repair her vehicle!! They even made sure Shayna was able to receive a rental car while her car was in the shop. I cannot say enough about the service in the body shop at Tropical Ford, and how well the entire operation is run. Thank you Bryan More
