I have taken my car to three Ford dealers in the Orlando area, SUn Ford, Peacock Ford and Tropical Ford. Sunstate is close to where I live but it's service has gone downhill and has left me questioning t area, SUn Ford, Peacock Ford and Tropical Ford. Tropical Ford has been great in the three visits I have made, They get me in quickly and are very professional. Made an appt. on line for 705am to do, oil change, tire rotation, the works. I was told I was 3rd in line, and that they were short staffed. I was done @925am. I brought the car in November. Brought it again in may and picked it up 3 weeks later with the same issue. Communication was good by Juan but the car is not fixed.
