Are you helping me, oh this person is? Oh back to you again. Not too pleased with my last trip. All I needed initially was an oil change. Should be pretty simple. Well when I parked my car and told the booth I n Not too pleased with my last trip. All I needed initially was an oil change. Should be pretty simple. Well when I parked my car and told the booth I needed an oil change they sent me inside to the “man in the yellow shirt”. I told him they sent me to you to request an oil change? He states, oh you’ll want to go out to the booth. I said they sent me to you. He says we’ll go back in and check with them. I go back to the booth. The booth gets a manager. The manager sends me back inside the building and FINALLY my oil change is scheduled. They said it should take an hour. Hour 20 minutes tops. I wait an hour and 35 minutes in the provided waiting room. When I get tired enough to look I see my car waiting there. I was told before I waited that someone would come get me when my vehicle was done. That never happened. I also asked them to look over my breaks. That never happened. Just a comedy of errors that could easily be prevented. Unhappy. More
