Antonio was the salesman that helped me and he went beyond what he needed to do to find me the truck I wanted, for the price i wanted. After that Jose (the magician of the financial department) found me a great rate with an amazing interest. I'm telling you, if you are looking for a Ford go to Tropical Ford and ask for Antonio and Jose. Hands down the best service I have ever received. More

Finally, on try number... 4, 5, I got to talk to Gérson ( I think this is how you spell it) who finally told me of the stud of my car. Is not the work done by the mechanics but, the customer service the advisors provide that makes this review not a positive one. More

F150 repairs My repair took approximately 8 days to complete. Once I picked up my truck and started driving at home I noticed smoke coming from my vehicle. I had t My repair took approximately 8 days to complete. Once I picked up my truck and started driving at home I noticed smoke coming from my vehicle. I had to return my vehicle for further repairs because the mechanic had failed to correctly re-assemble the engine area he had worked on. To add to my frustration my vehicle was leaking oil due to the mechanics poor workmanship. The oil that was leaking from my truck Stained my driveway in my new home. I am currently trying to figure out a solution to this problem to remove the oil stains from my driveway. The one positive note is that when I return the vehicle the service manager ensured that my vehicle was repaired properly and returned to me promptly within a short period of time that same day. Despite everything, I will not be returning to this dealership for future service of my vehicle. More
