Rude Employees We have a company vehicle. It needed an oil change and tire rotation. We also asked the service department to check any other recommended services. Th We have a company vehicle. It needed an oil change and tire rotation. We also asked the service department to check any other recommended services. The response when asking if any other service was needed was, "what do you mean?"... We aren't the car experts, you are. I called multiple times letting the service department know that we had a van coming in and when our driver got there to drop off the vehicle the muscular guy had no idea what was going on. I will say your department is fast and convenient but the overall attitude of everyone in the quick lane building has convinced me that Ford doesn't care about their vehicles and/or their customers. More

Last Minute Oil Change! I walked into the service center and was welcomed by an almost empty room. I thought luck was on my side and did not realize it was almost empty becau I walked into the service center and was welcomed by an almost empty room. I thought luck was on my side and did not realize it was almost empty because they were about to close (in little over an hour). Panicked, I walked to the counter and spoke with a friendly man who said he would try to fit me in. He walked to the back and came a few minutes later with great news that they would be able to service my car. I was not there more than 35-40 minutes and they had my car all set to go. I will definitely be coming back here again and again for my car service. Thanks Tropical Ford Service Center!! More

Service Advisor Uninterested in Answering Questions I brought in a 2012 Ford Transit to be serviced, the window motor was bad. First thing I’m told is that they do not keep parts for this vehicle becau I brought in a 2012 Ford Transit to be serviced, the window motor was bad. First thing I’m told is that they do not keep parts for this vehicle because it was not a great seller. It works great for my Newfoundland Therapy Dogs that visit children’s homes and nursing homes weekly. Great way to stand behind your vehicles. Then when I pick it up after approving the actual cost to fix it. I asked a question about the bill and the first thing out of the Service Advisors mouth is “Do you want me to pull up the recorded call.” Really, I just wanted to know about the history charge and the shop surplus charge. Don’t tell me the bill is $685 but in actuality its $750 because of “special charges.” More
