Lost my time. I was called to tropical ford because they were interested in buying my car. So I stoped what I was doing and went there. In the end, I was told hat I was called to tropical ford because they were interested in buying my car. So I stoped what I was doing and went there. In the end, I was told hat it was not worth for them to buy my car - even though I had jnformed over the phone that my car was financed and had a high amount to pay. Poor communication and customer service I have been here several times before with no ussue but the customer service at this visit was very poor. We dropped my car off for an appointment on I have been here several times before with no ussue but the customer service at this visit was very poor. We dropped my car off for an appointment on Friday and we did not hear anything until Monday,even after my husband called. We were without a car for 5 days, and i would not have been upset if we had received a call, or been told this would be the case. They told us that typically cars with our issue are dropped off earlier in the week, but we came when our engine light turned on so we would not have any way to know this. Also, our service provider does not work Saturdays, and instead of calling us Friday to give us a heads up, we got no information, and no one could give us an answer when we called Saturday. All i needed was a phone call to say they were unable to get to my car,and it wouldn't be seen until Monday, and i would have been satisfied. It was very poor customer service to give us no answer. More

truck repair I scheduled an appointment with Elsie Martinez to have the multi function turn signal lever replaced as it had become worn out. When i arrived I spoke I scheduled an appointment with Elsie Martinez to have the multi function turn signal lever replaced as it had become worn out. When i arrived I spoke with Elsie to also check the battery cable connectors as there was a concern with the electrical system. Elsie infromed that the battery and cabling would need replacement, we agreed and had the work done. I left completely satisfied . We have been customers since 1997 and have purchased many new vehicles during this time period. I think that Elsie Martinez is the best service writer that we've worked in all that time. Her pleasant attitude and the fact that she listens to the customer are qualities that are the keys to great customer service. More
