Fast friendly service. I arrived about 9am on a Friday and walked into the service waiting area to have my car serviced. I noticed that there were a lot of people waiting so I arrived about 9am on a Friday and walked into the service waiting area to have my car serviced. I noticed that there were a lot of people waiting so I was glad I brought my kindle. I spoke with the service writer and took one of the last seats remaining. I was done about an hour later and on my way. Quick service, didn't even finish a chapter of my book. Thanks Tropical Ford. More

Lost transmission, new truck My wife and I were in Orlando for a conference and I lost the transmission on my 2010 F150. We had it towed to Tropical ford late on a Saturday after My wife and I were in Orlando for a conference and I lost the transmission on my 2010 F150. We had it towed to Tropical ford late on a Saturday afternoon. Carlos took my truck in and promised to get a diagnosis and call me on Monday. He called me with the diagnosis and an estimate for repair. Unfortunately, it was the end of my beloved truck. Carlos introduced us o Vitali. They were very understanding to our situation and Vitali was able to find a great deal on a used F150. It was one of the easiest deals I have ever done and felt I was treated fairly and informed from day one. We will definitely be back to Tropical for other car purchases. We live too far away to utilize their service department but I was very happy with the way they treated me as well. More

a hit on the works and a miss on key fob battery replace Came in for "The works", typical out come. Vehicle was giving a warning regarding 'low key battery'. Was told they would be able to assist for $ 7, bu Came in for "The works", typical out come. Vehicle was giving a warning regarding 'low key battery'. Was told they would be able to assist for $ 7, but then did not have batteries in stock. Would have needed 4 of them, because spare key was also giving the low battery warning. Disappointed, but took them apart myself and replaced batteries. More
