Poor Service - Made an appointment for a warranty issue on my Edge, due to having issues with the left rear bearing. Took the car and after waiting for 4 hours, I Made an appointment for a warranty issue on my Edge, due to having issues with the left rear bearing. Took the car and after waiting for 4 hours, I was told by the service technician that there were no issues with the car it was only the tires. Personally showed the issue to the technician but they insisted there was no issues. The car has had the weird- sound coming out of that side since new but they insist it is normal. Very disappointed with the service, the car has a problem and they failed to cover as a warranty. More

Bad customer services Every time you come here they act like they are doing you a favor.
